Cancellation Policy

Meetprof Service Booking Policies 1. Cancellation and Refund Policy At Meetprof, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation and refund policy ensures fairness and transparency for both service providers and clients. Cancellations by Clients: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. No refunds are provided for missed appointments or no-shows. Cancellations by Service Providers: If a service provider cancels an appointment, clients will receive a full refund and a 10% discount on their next booking. Service providers are encouraged to notify clients as early as possible in case of unavoidable cancellations. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the cancellation request is approved. Payments made via credit card or digital payment platforms will be refunded to the original payment method. 2. Booking Rules and Regulations To ensure a seamless and professional experience, Meetprof has established the following booking rules: Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to confirmation based on the availability of the service provider. Clients will receive an email or notification confirming their appointment once payment is processed. Rescheduling Appointments: Appointments can be rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time without additional charges. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a 5% rescheduling fee. Punctuality and Attendance: Clients and service providers are expected to join the appointment on time. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the session may be automatically canceled without a refund. Service providers are expected to notify clients if they anticipate any delays. Professional Conduct: Respectful and professional behavior is expected from both clients and service providers. Any violation of Meetprof’s terms and policies may result in account suspension or termination. 3. No-Show Policy and Charges To maintain the quality and reliability of our services, Meetprof enforces a no-show policy with associated charges: Definition of No-Show: A client is considered a no-show if they fail to attend the scheduled appointment without prior cancellation or rescheduling
